Deborah & Dimitri started this business after years of frustration working within the Recruitment Industry. Every bad practice has been witnessed and consequently they sought out an alternative to an unnecessary evil.
Recruitment Partnering is the answer. It means that we have a real opportunity to stop being the “double glazers” of the business world and become a legitimate service that provides a real solution to not only the client’s needs but also those of the temporary staff.
Too often “Agencies” are simply cash cows with no real thought for what an impact you have on not only individual lives but on industry and the success or failure of businesses. Claire joined the company in March of 2006 as she found an opportunity which would give her great success and the opportunity to create a first class Healthcare Division within Proactive Partners.
Before Claire joined the Proactive Partners Team she worked in the Healthcare arena for 4 years but felt the opportunities where not available to her and she had the passion towards making things better and believed in the Recruitment Partnering concept born of Proactive Partners.
Claire is a well motivated and an all rounder that consistently delivers to clients and candidates as well as a hands on Business Developer.
Between Claire and Val they intend to give the best service in the City!

Valerie Connaughton
Val has worked in the caring industry for over eight years, in both Nursing residential and supported homes. The last two years she has been working in homes for clients with learning disabilities. Her passion is to make a difference and with the foresight of Proactive Partners combined with her own knowledge of the industry she knows this is the place to make that change.
Val says, “I hope to be as valued a member of staff as both Claire and Tony have become. Proactive Partners is a warm and friendly company, that has an understanding of not only its clients needs, but also the needs of its staff. Tony Green
New to the Recruitment Industry, Tony is as keen to make a big impression on the market with the exciting concept of Recruitment Partnering.
His enthusiasm with temporary staff and clients alike is contagious. He has seen the benefits of Recruitment Partnering rather than, “slinging arms and legs in and hoping for the best”.
He is looking forward to re-educating clients that “Partnering” is the way forward and he knows that he will be highly successful in this arena.
